Returns

From the date of receiving your order you have 21 calendar days to change you mind and contact us by email (customercare@benaturalco.com) to return item(s).
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it with all the labels in their original place.
The item(s) must be in their original packaging.
The item(s) need to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Item(s) can not be returned or exchanged after 21 days of you receiving them.


Please note that all made to order shirts from your own measurements can not be returned as these can not be sold to any BODY. Please follow the measuring template carefully. Also note that the process of making your shirts from your measurements starts nearly as soon as we receive your order and involve production costs. Any order cancellation of made to measure shirts may incur you certain costs if production has already started.

For Fabrics all returns must be received in their original form (unwashed, uncut and not coloured or stained in anyway by you).
We do not accept any refunds or exchanges on sample swatches or orders of 3m or less.

Exchange
Once we have received your item and inspected it to be in the same condition that you should have received it in we will dispatch your exchange almost immediately. You will be notified by email the moment we have received and processed your return and will be kept informed of the status of the exchange and delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you by email that we have received it. We will imme-diately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
When your return is approved the processing time can take up to 4 weeks from the day we receive your item(s) before you receive your refund. We will initiate your refund via your original form of payment. We aim to make it as quickly as possible.

If a return is denied based on the above criteria you will be notified by email and the item(s) will only be returned to you at your cost.

We do not refund or  exchange in case of minor design and colour variations. With handloom    products there will always be some variation between products.

Sale items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately end of line or sale items are non refun-dable.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the mistake has proven to be ours. Shipping costs are non refundable.
